When he’s not pursuing his dream of ordering Chinese delivery from every Marriott in North America, Jeff is traversing the country cultivating strong client relationships and steering the company’s strategic plan.

For the past 36 years, Jeff dedicated his educational and professional career to higher education. He spent the first 20 years of his career working in enrollment management and marketing on three college campuses — the University of Maryland, Colby-Sawyer College, and Randolph-Macon College. Over the past 16 years, Jeff has conducted a series of complex qualitative and quantitative research studies that provide colleges and universities with data-driven solutions designed to increase institutional visibility, shape reputation, strengthen enrollment, build alumni engagement, and drive fundraising. As a consultant and researcher, Jeff is adept at structuring customized research projects designed to meet individual client’s objectives. He loves becoming part of a campus community and making its challenges his own — his willingness to roll up his sleeves and dive into the nitty-gritty is what makes his work so powerful and its effects so long-lasting. (And his PhD dissertation focused on undergraduate student retention.)

A frequent presenter at professional national conferences focusing on admissions and marketing, Jeff’s many credits include gigs at AMA, NACAC, AACRAO, and SEM.
