Mike drives creative solutions that enable colleges and universities of every size to communicate their unique brands in novel and powerful ways. He’s driven by research—there’s nothing he enjoys more than visiting an institution’s archives—and by complementary visual and verbal storytelling that’s honest and human.

Mike began his career in Los Angeles, where he wrote movie poster taglines and theatrical trailers for each of the major Hollywood studios; his work on Joe Dirt for Columbia Pictures typically evokes the greatest reaction. After returning to the Midwest, he worked at AgencyND, the University of Notre Dame’s in-house marketing and communications department. Eventually, he returned to his agency roots, creating ADDY-award winning work for higher education clients such as the College of William & Mary, the University of Arizona and Wake Forest University.
